In Loving MemoryJackie Don Reinhardt
10% of all Texas Judaica profits will be distributed to various tzedaka (charity) organizations here in Israel and to the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research Jackie lived his entire life helping others, almost always in secret. He didn't help others for his own honor; he just felt that everyone deserved as many chances as they needed to get things right. May we learn from his example and always be willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. |

An Ancient Artform
The preoccupation with God's word goes back to the moment of its utterance. It is no wonder that mankind focuses so intensely on God's word in study and prayer. Therefore, when the art of MicroCalligraphy was developed over 700 years ago by the scholars of Spain, it seemed the perfect expression. What greater art form and what more eloquent medium could one choose, than the Word of God itself? After the Jews suffered through the persecution of the Inquisition, they were banished from Spain in 1492 AD. Many of the exiled reached the Galilee and brought their most valuable possessions with them - their literature, their faith and the art of MicroCalligraphy. We offer a limited selection of MicroCalligraphy prints. We will continue to add selected prints in the future so check back regularly to see our new additions. |
